Modernizing an outdated website with better UX and an urban vibe.
Paws on Pine is a New York-based dog-walking and pet-sitting service that focuses on one-on-one pet care. After 10 years in business, Paws on Pine had an exhausted website that had become crowded and not so user friendly. Dox Design helped modernize their website by focusing on relevant content and incorporating city-styled photography. Using their boutique style of service and New York flair as inspiration, we were able to create a more authentic web experience that put the important content upfront for users.
What We Did:
Paws on Pine’s website wasn’t mobile friendly, leading to lost sales when customers tried to book walks on their phone. We started with a website audit that resulted in consolidating pages for easier navigation. We also added in special brand touches by curating a stock photo library showcasing animals in an urban setting and communicating the New York vibe Paws on Pine portrays.
Since launching the new site, there have been over 11,000 page views!
The End Result: A Happy Client!
After four years, my website was ready for a makeover. I found Dox Design through one of my pet sitting groups and so glad I did. They did an INCREDIBLE job making my website easier to navigate, fresh, modern and mobile friendly. Go to Paws on Pine to see the incredible job they did! They answered my questions super fast and went above and beyond to create specific forms I needed for my clients and potential employees. They were SO amazing that I hired them to create a logo for my newest venture- can’t wait to see it. Thank you Dox DesignHeather Curatolo
